May 18th / First DComics contest!

I'm giving away two (+1) pieces of artwork. They are A3 sized and made with markers. You can participate no matter where you live, but I am not responsibile of the possibility that the prize might get lost in the post offices. The contest starts today, the 18th of May and will end the 1st of July. May 10th / First DComics contest coming up!

I learned of your brother's passing yesterday and this tragedy left me loss for words, very sad and sorry, and what makes me even more sad is that I know my grief isn't anything comparing to your and your family's grief.

What I've heard of Adam, it sounds like he had a filling life and that he was an amazing person, running the race sounds like something he would've wanted you to do and it was very noble and brave of you.

I've lost my father, not to cancer but a loss is a loss, and I've started to believe that death is natural, death is easy, what you leave behind is what hurts the most and that's why there really are no words to make anyone feel better. All I can say is that I am very sorry for your loss and I wish your family the best of strength to carry through this time. May he rest in peace.

May 1st / About inspiration.

Since we're all aware of David's crush on Mandy Moore, I decided to introduce Mandy Moore to Little David. (That sounded a bit kinky.) Check out the comics page to see what happened!

Heyyyy! Sorry about the fact that it's been a long time that I've posted ne strips but now worries, I've reloaded my brains and they are now filled with inspiration as Bar-Ba-Sol is turbo-boosting them at the moment. I have no idea what I'm talking about.

But, the point - and I do have one - NEW STRIP! Since Little David has always in my strips been the... well, not the smart one, and Andrew has always been the 'normal' one, I decided to turn that around this time. After all, they do have the same genes. This is the author's (me) revenge on behalf of Little David. ;)

Also, there are a few more strips coming in a short while, that's no promise though. Anyway, keep coming back to the site, checking back on our MySpace and livejournal, and I surely love comments and adds on DavidCookOfficial too! Keep telling your fellow DC-fans about DComics (since that seems to be the ost powerful promotion technique) and most importantly, keep doing what you're best at - being lovely. <3
